Booking
Preferably e-mail, or phone us to see if the dates you require are
available. Then please complete the booking form (click
here to print one) and
send it to us with the required deposit.
After booking we will send you a welcome pack which includes
suggestions on things to pack, items to bring for your workshop, details of your collection at Kalamata and any other
information you may need.
Booking Conditions
The Contract
These booking conditions and this booking form shall form the
sole contract between Galini Holidays and the person signing the
Booking Form (the client) and signing on behalf of other persons
named there. No contract shall exist until receipt of Booking Form
and deposit from the client and return of confirmation invoice to
the client.
Payment
A deposit of £100 per person must be remitted at the time of
booking. The balance of all monies must be paid to Galini Holidays
8 weeks before the arrival date. If the balance is not paid by
this date, Galini Holidays may deem the booking as cancelled and
reserves the right to levy cancellation charges. If you book your
holiday within 8 weeks of arrival date, the total cost of the
holiday will be payable at the time of booking.
Alterations by us
We reserve the right to alter arrangements due to factors
beyond our control. A full refund will be made but we cannot
accept responsibility for further compensation. Only in
exceptional circumstances will a holiday be cancelled less than 8
weeks before arrival. No compensation will be made where a change
arises from circumstances beyond our control, such as those due
directly or indirectly to war, civil unrest, terrorist activity,
fire, natural disaster, industrial disputes, technical problems
with transport.
Cancellation by you
Under unavoidable circumstances you may wish to cancel a booked
holiday. Written cancellation must be received by us from the
person who has contracted the holiday. The following cancellation
charges will apply:

Complaints
We hope that you really enjoy your holiday and we take
seriously any complaint you may have. Should you have a complaint
please raise the matter with us as soon as possible so it can be
dealt with immediately. Should the complaint remain unresolved,
written notification should be made within 28 days of completion
of the holiday.
Insurance
You must be in possession of adequate travel insurance to cover
baggage, medical and cancellation expenses. While at Galini
we will ask you to agree to take full responsibility for your
health and safety and that of your children.
